We warrant our electronic products against defects in materials and workmanship as follows: For a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date, we will repair or, at our option, replace the product. You will be charged only for shipping and handling.
This warranty applies if the following terms and conditions are met:
1. You must pay to ship the product to us and the shipment must be insured for the value of the product.
2. The product must not have been altered or repairs attempted before its return.
3. A copy of the original invoice showing date of purchase must be included with the returned product.

Accidents happen.
We will repair or, at our option, replace any inoperative electronic product manufactured by us regardless of the cause or extent of damage for a fixed charge equal to half (50 percent) of the product’s regular retail price on the day we receive the product for repair. To qualify, you must return the product to us and pay the shipping cost to return the product. The fixed repair charge includes the cost of return shipping to you via standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited return shipping (if available) and shipping to locations outside the contiguous United States may be arranged at extra cost.
“Oops” coverage applies to any physical and/or electrical damage to the product. “Oops” repair or replacement requests will be honored for as long as we manufacture or stock the product.
