We warrant our all products manufactured by i-Zombie LLC including our Black Widow Cobweb Gun, and i-Zombie Moon against defects in materials and workmanship as follows: For a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date, we will repair or, at our option, replace the product. You will be charged only for shipping and handling.
This warranty applies if the following terms and conditions are met:
1. You must pay to ship the product to us and the shipment must be insured for the value of the product.
2. The product must not have been altered or repairs attempted before its return.
3. A copy of the original invoice showing date of purchase must be included with the returned product.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a product.
